336. Red light

Red Light is a semi-transparent oil colour with a bright, warm red hue approaching scarlet. Its vibrant character makes it ideal for creating striking accents while maintaining subtle colour transitions and optical depth. The semi-transparent nature of the colour lends itself particularly well to glazing, gradually building colour intensity and developing layered passages of paint. It mixes readily with yellows, oranges, browns and whites, producing a broad range of warm reds, coral tones and terracotta mixtures.
